PURCHASING

Issue Purchase Orders to vendors either individually or in in bulk. Use Standing Orders as a third alternative. Issue and schedule Pick Up Orders. Follow the status of orders, receive against orders and create Accounts Payable invoices. Received items appear in inventory valued at purchased price.

REPORTING

Reports are available to view historically or as outstanding data on sales, purchasing and costs. Ability to export system reports and to create custom reports.

SALES

Enter customer Sales Orders, individually and in bulk. Broker orders with a directly linked Purchase Order. View inventory on the sales order before entering. Create production and shipping schedules as the Sales Order is created. View the order status and invoice when the order is shipped.

EMPLOYEES

Track employee time on production and see historical productivity. Produce payroll reports for in-house or external payroll processing.

INVENTORY

View inventory quantities in total or by segment. Create minimum required balances and view the current Material Requirements Planning. Inventory values are by first in, first out or by lot value. Updates as Purchase Orders are received, Sales Orders are shipped and as production is completed.

PRODUCTION

Schedule work in progress and finished goods production. See production value-added costs (labor, overhead and process) added to items as they move through the system. Inventory adjusts as the production happens.

LOGISTICS

Shipments are automatically scheduled when entering sales order. Assign to drivers and adjust shipment dates when necessary. Print delivery tickets, load sheets and drivers’ schedules in PalMate.

DRAWING

Import pallet drawings with all specifications from PalDraw, PDS or Best Pallet.

ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION

Send PalMate ERP A/R and A/P invoices directly to some of the most popular accounting packages and eliminate the need to data enter the information.
